How it works
Four things from you. The rest is Nora's job.
Most customers are finished with their part in under 20 minutes, spread across two sittings. After that Nora runs the local search program and keeps you posted.

Nora sets up and establishes a baseline

Your part: Read it in under a minute.
What Nora needs from you
Nothing that requires a marketing background.
If you can answer questions about your own business, you can finish onboarding.
Manager access to your Google Business Profile
You stay the owner. Nora works inside your profile as a manager and you can revoke access whenever you want.
Your priority services and cities
Up to eight services and five areas. This tells Nora what to track and what to optimize for first.
A little truth about the business
What you actually do better than the shop down the road, in your own words. A few sentences is plenty.
Photos and a logo if you have them
Helpful, not required. Nora can work with what is already on your profile and prompt you when fresh images would help.
