What Nora collects, and why.

This service is operated by Nora Local. Nora Local is the trading name used for this service. Full registered entity details are provided on request.

A mailing address is available on request.

• Profile check and contact requests. Business name, website, city, email and optional phone number when you submit a request or use the contact form.
• Signup and payment references. Contact name, email, phone, business name, number of locations, and identifiers returned by our payment processor such as customer and subscription references plus subscription status. Card numbers are never sent to or stored by this site.
• Business setup information. The answers you give during setup: services, cities and service areas, addresses, phone numbers, category, descriptions, offers, review preferences, tools you use, and the contacts who should receive updates and approvals.
• Uploaded assets. If you upload a logo or business photos, those files and their storage paths are kept with your location record. Uploads are optional.
• Analytics events. Anonymous interaction events such as which calls to action were used and which setup steps were completed. These are pushed to a standard browser data layer for measurement.
• Operational records. Status history and internal notes created by our team while delivering the service.

To deliver the service you purchased, to configure and maintain your local search presence, to send you service updates and approval requests, to provide support, to take payment, and to keep records required for accounting and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use third-party service providers to operate the product: cloud hosting and database services, a payment processor for subscription billing, an email delivery provider for service email, file storage for uploaded assets, and local search optimization and reporting tooling used to deliver the work. Providers act on our instructions and only receive the data they need. Google is a separate independent platform that hosts your business profile.

We keep setup and account records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute purposes. Requests to delete information are honoured except where we are required to keep it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile and can remove our manager access at any time.
