Terms of service.

These terms apply between you and Nora Local when you subscribe to Nora Local. Nora Local is the trading name used for this service. Full registered entity details are provided on request.

The Nora Local plan is $249 per month per location, billed in advance. It covers ongoing local search work on your business profile, ranking and visibility monitoring and reporting, review and reputation workflows, citation and listing consistency management, posting and content work where appropriate, competitor and opportunity monitoring, website SEO recommendations, and proactive updates to the contacts you nominate.

The plan does not include paid advertising spend, website development or hosting, implementation of website changes on systems we are not given access to, hardware, photography, or third-party software subscriptions of your own.

You agree to give us manager access to your Google Business Profile, to provide accurate business information during setup, and to tell us promptly when your details, hours, services or locations change. You confirm you are authorised to act for the business and that any content or images you give us are yours to use.

You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile, your business content and your brand assets. We act as a manager on your behalf and you can remove that access at any time. Removing access before cancelling does not by itself cancel billing.

We do not guarantee rankings, positions, traffic, calls, bookings or revenue. Local search results are produced by Google and depend on relevance, distance, prominence, competition, searcher location and other factors outside any provider's control. Our commitment is the work described above, performed continuously and reported honestly.

Nora Local is billed month to month in advance. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current paid period. Partial periods already billed are not prorated unless required by law.

We cannot create or support listings for businesses that do not exist at the locations claimed, publish false information, or manipulate reviews. We may decline or end service where a request would breach a platform's policies or applicable law.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the location concerned in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Material changes affecting an active subscription take effect from your next billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the service provider's principal place of business. Where a governing law or venue has not been specified here, the applicable law is determined by that location.
